Problema con installazione e disinstallazione

Io avevo the sims 3 installato benissimo, travel adventures, ambitions, poi ho installato late night e andava tutto bene (ho tutto originale). Poi non so come ha cominciato a non partirmi più niente, quando aprivo late night (ma anche tutti gli altri) mi si apriva il pannello di avvio con un messaggio del tipo "Errore all'avvio. Consultare ilfile .log" . Io avevo installato tutto su un'unità esterna, sulla quale i giochi non ci sono più, ma sul pc li rilevava ancora.. Ho provato a disinstallare tutto e a reinstallare la base e travel adventures, poi ho spento il pc. il giorno dopo quando ho riacceso mi diceva che ci potevano essere dei problemi e quindi era meglio fare un qualche tipo di ripristina. Ho fatto fare sto ripristina e quando si è aperta la schermata normale del desktop c'erano di nuovo le 4 icone della base+ 3 espansioni che io avevo disinstallato il giorno prima. ovato a ridisinstallare tutto dal pannello di controllo ma quando ci provo mi dice "Si è verificato un errore (-5005 : 0x80070002) durante l'esecuzione del programma. Accertarsi di aver completato il programma di installazione precedente e di aver chiuso le altre applicazioni" Poi posso cliccare su OK, e mi si chiude tutto, oppure su Dettaglio>> e mi si apre questo :

Dopo aver provato per un po' a disinstallare tutto, con scarsi risultati, ho scaricato da EA Download Manager la base , Late Night e Travel Adventures, ma quando gli dico di installare la base mi dice :

E' stata rilevata la versione 1.17.060 di The Sims 3 già installata.
Questo programma installa una versione precedente di The Sims 3 (1.0.631).
s' necessario disinstallare la versione precedente prima di installare questa versione.


Io non so più cosa fare, voi avete qualche idea??
